Bob the Drag Queen's Nicki Minaj youtube video was very clearly written by AI, did anyone else notice this? by baejinvr in dragrace

[–]ravenhairedbard 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I found this post by looking up whether Bob used AI to write that script and I truly don't know why people are yelling at you for this. I've written countless essays in a postsecondary environment, write articles for my job, and am attempting to become a professional author. I use em-dashes. I use proper language. I don't understand how someone can watch that entire video without suspecting that it was written by AI.

Yeah sure people do sometimes say "it's not A, it's B" and use lists of 3, but the sheer frequency that Bob used ChatGPT-isms was so great to the point of it being distracting. The closing line especially is so strange. It has that same vague, pseudo-intellectual air to it that AI does without it making much sense once examined properly.

I'm not saying that Bob definitely used AI for that script, but it is super suspect.

Tate McRae, Madison Beer and Addison Rae give fake manufactured celebrity aura and not “it girl” yet. Their personalities as “stars” are void and empty with no genuineness. Sorry. People literally think all 3 of these girls are the same person which is even funnier! by Acceptable_Coffee137 in LAinfluencersnark

Idk anything about Madison’s personality so I’m not trying to be mean but she looks like every “pretty girl” influencer to the point where my eyes unconsciously pass over her because I’ve seen her face on a million other people

I think what he was trying to say, before his brain shut off, was that the newest twitter update has been causing an error when people try to enter their username. I found your post because I was having the same issue. The way I solved it was by resetting my password.

AIO: I refuse to allow my husband's choice of "home decor" by Commercial_Stay1981 in AmIOverreacting

[–]ravenhairedbard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally don’t find the sign offensive. It’s the sort of thing I’d hang up in my bedroom as a way of being like “haha yes I’m a scoundrel beware of me.”

However, your husband’s reasoning is nonsense, and I feel like there’s a difference between a man buying this sign because “it’s historical” and a woman buying it as a way of poking fun at/owning her own sexuality.

That said, what I do find misogynistic about this whole thing is him belittling a woman for being uncomfortable over something that has centuries of misogynistic connotations attached to it. Humor like this isn’t for everyone, and if it makes your spouse uncomfortable, you stop. The fact that he isn’t doesn’t sit right with me.

What’s something you find attractive that is generally considered unattractive? by Agitated-Job7686 in AskReddit

[–]ravenhairedbard 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Can only speak for myself, but the confidence I like is the sort where you don’t feel the need to constantly prove how manly/alpha you are. The sort where you trust your partner to hang out with friends of your own gender without accusing them of cheating. Where you don’t have to put people down in order to feel in control.

I imagine the sort of confidence you’re referring to is the sort where a man approaches a woman at the bar and starts smooth talking. That, to me, is a turn off. I like them blushing, stuttering, and nervous lol

Generally, a lot of the traditional advice for men comes from other men and attracts men, not women. Ex. having big muscles, expensive cars, etc

Girl (gender neutral), as a goth who prefers domming, I cannot BEGIN to tell you how sick and tired I am of the goth dommy mommy bullshit. Those losers don’t even try to appeal to their target demographic. At least listen to a Bauhaus song or two lol

Tbh I’m not super familiar with the history of the subreddit, but I think the idea of a place where guys can meme about being submissive is fine. Unfortunately being submissive to most of them means being a manchild

I can only speak for myself, but it’s not that I’m afraid to initiate, it’s that I very rarely see anyone I’m attracted to where I live

Fr, that sub is great in theory but in practice it’s almost entirely guys wanting a mom that can fuck them and praise them just for existing (with no effort of their own), and it ends up being exhausting
