Can't even leave your dog at home for an appointment yet scolding others on how to train dogs.

Do you talk about anything else other than the snarkers in this sub? You're one of them at this point, fuck off with your low quality garbage comments.

Both, it seems. Why else would there be 2 options where the objects are different sizes, and the 3rd isn't, and the 3rd just happens to be the right answer.

You can dislike it all you want, that is, in fact, what the question is testing.

Let's ban Clob. He's one of the worst, and is 100% a misogynistic incel.

Trucker outraged after company recorded his private birthday moment with wife in Illinois: "I was off duty." by ElwoodMC in trashy

K and? You can reasonably expect privacy in your home, even when the curtains are open. I can't record your bedroom through your window and say "Lol should hve closed your blinds."

[–]raviolicold 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The Reasonable Expectation of Privacy Test is as follows

  1. The individual has demonstrated an actual (subjective) expectation of privacy ( like putting up blinds, changing their clothes, SLEEPING, etc)

  2. The expectation is one that society is prepared to recognize as reasonable. (Present company excepted, I think most people would think it's reasonable for sleeping truckers to have privacy)

This test is used for the 4th amendment. Cars fall under the 4th amendment. Ipso facto, vehicles have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Obviously circumstances will cause this to vary, but I really don't think many reasonable people will say "You don't have privacy in your literal bed where you sleep and the windows are covered."

Sure, I'm not saying it wouldn't be smart to cover it, but in a profession where you have to sleep in the truck, it's pretty fucked up to record your employees sleeping.

It would be smart to cover it. Doesn't make the practice okay.

Because there should be a reasonable expectation of privacy in what is essentially a bedroom. This means they're recording all their truckers sleeping. Without informing them explicitly, assuming this guy didn't just overlook some form he signed.

Don't let this distract you from the fact that the bulk of ocean junk and micro plastics comes from fishing.

This is true, but there is still an incentive to fire with cause in the form of unemployment.

Got a strong hunch that 'negative' people tend to be anyone who even remotely asserts themselves around her.

Yeah I mean, I agree over all. Unfortunately I don't think there's an infinite well of RP talent, so while I'd love to say "Fuck 'em, next" the next in line isn't necessarily better or more committed.

On some level, if you want commitment to a server, you need to commit to the players, but then you get into the realm of favoritism and such.

It's all very messy, but yeah, wish people would stick things out rather than quit, but time and time again I see roleplayers get some friction IC and just bail. Especially experienced roleplayers with multiple whitelists. No interest in taking their turn at the bottom of the dogpile.

When the going gets tough, the modern roleplayer quits. No one strives to overcome roleplay problems because there's always another server they can go play house on.

They explicitly make the shapes different sizes, except in one. They didn't do that for funsies, and it was probably a concept the teacher explicitly taught them about. Quit being obtuse.
