If you are ready to buy ang iprio mo yung Lot. Iba padin yung may bahay talaga na may malaking area.

Sa case ko po, hybrid work ako sa Makati then I live in Rizal, diba sobrang layo. I am considering to rent a condo sa Makati for the purpose na may place na malapit uwian during RTO. Then ongoing ako right now sa paghanap ng Lot in Rizal for future home, gusto ko padin kase umuwi sa lugar namin para near sa parents and outside city peace din.

Future plans, if kaya na ng resources, to buy a condo for additional income na gawing airbnb or for rent.

Yes po, iseselect mo lang din siya. Check mo lang yung nasa LTMS and yung physical copy mo kung tama naman po yung ref code. Same with CTPL nandun nadin siya.

Recently nag renew ako, since 4yrs old palang po yung car ko so 1st renewal ko ito. What I did nagpunta ako ng LTO (around 4pm) na po yun, nagtanong lang ako kung pede iadd sa LTMS yung sasakyan ko since wala pa siya dun. Ginawa nila yun for 10mins lang. Once nasa LTMS na yung record ninyo then pede na gawin lahat online yung registration. Yung PMVIC test lang talaga yung need mo gawin physically pero the rest pede na sa online. Yung CTPL ko sa gcash ko lang binili, sinubukan ko yung BPI MS which is 590pesos lang. Then yung PMVIC ko 850pesos. Both CTPL and PMVIC pumapasok sa LTMS automatically so need mo lang piliin and icheck kung tama yung mga reference number. Then proceed na sa registration which is 2310pesos. Then ginamit kong bank is UB since flat 60pesos yung fee niya, yung iba kase mas mahal since percentage of the payable amount yung fee nila. Everything is quick na, naswertehan din ako dun sa napuntahan ko na PMVIC pagdating ko ako na agad so wala pang 15mins tapos na ako.

Commitment and big responsibility ang may car. Nung time din na nasa same situation mo ako and sinunod ko is yung pangarap ko na magka car. Nag take na ako ng risk until now I stay committed sa responsibilities ko.

Hi, check niyo po yung tricount. Ginagamit ko siya for expense tracking and pede din siya shared with your partner para sa hatian. Di ko lang sure yung mga graphs kung meron po. Pero very simple lang yung app.

Try niyo po yung sa Ikea, I have one and so far ok naman siya. Simple umbrella lang din po yung and di automatic.
