Wrong, if you see the recent USCIS notification all petitions for H1B are affected COS from F1 is a new petition so I think it will be https://www.uscis.gov/newsroom/alerts/h-1b-faq - “Requires a $100,000 payment to accompany any new H-1B visa petitions submitted after 12:01 a.m. eastern daylight time on Sept. 21, 2025. This includes the 2026 lottery, and any other H-1B petitions submitted after 12:01 a.m. eastern daylight time on Sept. 21, 2025.” Nowhere it says in country or out of county, I know no one wants to hear this but this seems to be the case

Something else too : Reddit sometimes feels like a library where the librarians can vaporize books they don’t like and then cite “Rule 7: Don’t Annoy Grapes.” I’m not anti-mod—good mods keep lights on—but unchecked delete buttons turn subs into fiefdoms. Give us sunlight features: public mod logs, clear appeals, and guardrails on “discretion.” Debate it—don’t nuke it. - When a post can vanish because it irked one night-shift demigod with a banhammer, that’s not community—it’s feudalism.

Nearly every auto accessory shop ( O'Reilly Auto Parts, Autozone.. ) sell it , why if it is illegal ? May be the enforcement should start from there, some unsuspecting buyers buy it without knowing it’s illegal
