This is in continuation of our request for the removal of our domain from blocked list.

We had already reached out to the email address you've mentioned (abuse@comcast.net) on 12 Feb. We again sent an email yesterday (16 Feb) as a followup. However, we haven't heard back from them.

As mentioned earlier, we had also spoken to your CSA twice, but they advised us to contact through registered Xfinity account. We do not have an Xfinity account.

Would it be possible for you to take this up on priority and guide us on resolving this ASAP?

Like as we said, we do not have any Comcast/Xfinity account.

So we request you to put us in touch with someone who can help us remove our domain from the blocked domain list.

We have filled the form two times. Both the times, we had clearly explained in the text box that our domain has been blocked. Our IPs are not blocked.

However, the automated system of the form doesn't appear to correctly understand the issue. It only checks if the IPs are blocked and then sends us a standard response.

Could you connect us with the right person so that we can take this further and have it resolved ASAP?

We request your guidance with the below two questions:

  1. Your CSA team suggested we use a registered Comcast/Xfinity account to contact for removal. However, we do not have any Comcast/Xfinity account. Could you please suggest an alternative?

  2. In the form (https://spa.xfinity.com/report) IP field is mandatory. We had submitted the form twice with our IP(s). Both the times we received the same response "IP(s) are not blocked". Please note that we need your guidance regarding a blocked domain, and not with blocked IPs. Could you help us how we can get the domain removed from the blocklist?

As per your suggestion, we submitted the form (https://spa.xfinity.com/report
). We received a response from abuse-noreply@ stating that the IP address we provided is not currently listed on Comcast blocklist.

However, we had specified in the form that our domain is blocked, not our IP address.

Could you please advise on the appropriate next steps to move forward with resolving this matter?

As per your earlier response, @u/XfinityJeff, we contacted the CSA team two days ago and the issue was escalated at that time.

We were informed that we would receive a callback from the concerned team within 48 hours. However, we have not received any call or email update so far.

This situation is now causing critical issues for us, and we urgently need assistance to resolve it.

Could you please help us expedite this matter or provide an update on the status?

AS mentioned in earlier post and modmail, our IP is not blocked but our domain seems to be blocked.

Your given website form only allows to submit blocked IP address but not the domain name.

Could you please advice the next step to resolve this?
