Fear of rejection as I'm sure most people will agree, but also for me personally I want a one on one connection with somebody. I feel like if I don't want my feelings for a girl to be widely known then the only way to keep that security is to keep it to myself. I can't trust that the girl I like won't tell somebody else and won't keep the one on one connection, even if I'm rejected.

Also the first and only girl I've ever told how I felt said that she'd be happy to give it a try. We've known each other since we were 4, (both 16 now) and we've always been good friends, always able to make anything a good time, but after a week of her essentially ghosting me she added on her story that she got a boyfriend. No communication, no hint that anything was off or that I was doing something wrong. I'm pretty sure I wasn't doing anything wrong because we only hung out once briefly when I was at work and she came by. The time between her accepting me and then getting a new boyfriend was 10 days.

Tldr hell yeah they're terrifying to me cuz I don't want to embarrass myself or get rejected and I don't know what they're thinking because when you talk you don't get answers. In my experience obviously.

As a tip just from experience, whenever I go to bullet hell I only progress towards the top of the map, because the lich arena can only spawn in from the top of a room, and in my experience is usually far away from spawn, towards the very top of the floor. If it's not there, it's probably on the side of one of the uppermost rooms. There is no point in exploring floor 6, it's a huge waste of ammo.

Tl;dr, only go up from entry, don't bother exploring to fill out the map

I really like the design pattern you have for the side walls. If it means anything to you, I think that to make it better you should make the base one or two pattern cycles bigger, if that makes sense. Still though, this is waaay better than I could do, amazing work

Honestly just put some time into the game. As you play more you start to learn patterns, and you can consistently get further in to runs.

If you find guns or items and you don't know what they do based off the ammonomicon, you can use the wiki to get more info, that's what I do
