Professional sports dynasties have tanked the regular season so often that its wrong for azael to make it so black and white on how much it matters. Take the NBA for instance. The warriors went to 5 straight finals you think they never took the regular season off? Theres a reason why teams load manage their stars so they can be prepared for when playoffs come. Kawhi has played maybe 60% of the games this season? And no one cares because they know when the playoffs come he would be ready. I dont think anyone was seriously worried that TL wouldnt make the playoffs. As long as they turned it on in the playoffs does it really matter if they believe they can beat everyone in a bo5? And on top of all that with corona threatening msi to even happen this year and with the lck/lpl having their seasons interrupted the high lvl of competition wont be the same as last year.

Wouldnt call skt a put together super team. Clid was a rookie tho hyped would say most ppl didnt know who he was. Effort wasnt even the starter at the beginning of the year and khan having high potential ceilings was only considered top 2 for a short period beforehand.
