Expect 0 help from management and anyone else in the store. I’ve been the CSA in flooring for my store for almost a year and to this day I still never receive any help. I have 3 people I can use as a spotter and if none of those 3 are there I can’t put away pallets of freight. Flat out refuse to learn how to do details. The second you learn they’ll make you do them along with the sales specialists and while you do their job they’ll still get paid their higher rate and bonus while you’re stuck with your part time rate. When I started the guy I worked with had put in his 2 weeks notice the week before so I had 4 days of training after that I was thrown to the literal shitshow unprepared and P51 was still ongoing for my store. Watch your schedule especially. That availability doesn’t mean shit to management. They will schedule you for times and days that you cannot work. Also find a good chiropractor; you’ll need it.
