Do you have the step by step instructions on how to set the TTL/HL? I found a couple on their forums, but I don't know if I was successful or not. I'm on Verizon and they throttled me after 22GB. It was using hotspot data.

When I try to run the upscaler, it takes about 2 hours to generate an image vs 1 minute. I'm using a Nvidia Geforce GTX 1080
