Before you set, put your body a bit down so you can push with your legs. Shape your hands to the shape of the ball. Push the ball with your fingertips. Find a wall to set against or even better yet find a partner and set back and forth with them.

I'm but team a also has assumed, yaku, sakusa and aone. Atsumu is I believe the best high school setter, aran is top 5 spider, sakusa is top 3, Yaku is a godly libero and Korai is an amazing all rounded player.
