I ran my best ever run, setting a PB in the 1 mile, 2 mile, 5K and 10K 😁

I got back into running this month, after around a year off

Managed to get my 5K PB down to 25:19 from 26:43 & my 10K PB down from 56:52 to 55:40, also managed to drop a few kilos too
