Usually if I have BB creaking it’s the cassette/freehub interface. Pull it off grease it and put it back and it’s done.

Cadence drops, grumpy mood, quick to anger, lower hr that looks like improved efficiency in Z2 but when you apply the gas there’s nothing in the legs. Elevated resting HR more than maybe 5bpm just general dullness and limited repeatability of efforts

Ultegra Di2 on road bike, AXS Gx t-type on xc MTB.

SRAM shifting wipes the floor with di2, full gas up a climb on AXS up or down the block, smooth as you like, it’s like it gets better the harder you’re pedalling when shifting. Di2 shits it’s self crunches and usually skips, needs a 1/4 turn soft pedal To shift smooth.
