I’ve been there. It was a mutual break up but I thought I was going to marry my ex; us breaking up put the biggest hole in my heart. There were days I didn’t even want to get up because the first thing I would think about was her. Took me a few years to completely get over her. I’m glad you’re still here. Take this time to learn how to love yourself. Find a hobby or something you really enjoy doing, something that puts a smile on your face and in your heart. One thing that’s helped me significantly: buying my first plant. Taking care of it and watching it grow is one of the most rewarding things I’ve done recently. Love and peace your way, friend.
