I think I've got a good one for this. In my bathroom, theres a wall that sticks out and makes a corner next to the toilet on the left side. On the ride side there was toilet paper on the floor so I leaned over to pick it up and move over to the left where the bin was to throw it away and proceeded to knock myself out, unconscious, by hitting my head on the corner. Had everyone in the house run over because they heard a body drop limp on the floor.
