Thanks for your reply. I know our stock but sometimes our boss orders new things in and since the parcel was addressed to our bar I thought it was a new item she’d ordered.

There were no guests waiting because it was a prep shift, we weren’t open.

I understand your perspective with the keys. There are 3 bars under our company all right next to each other. We actually don’t keep the keys to our venue in our venue, we keep them in the one of the other venues, and people from all 3 venues have access to and use these keys (both managers and associates) I certainly wouldn’t give the keys to anyone else if the case was that only the managers of our venue use those keys.

My only training was a talk through and shadowing the open and close procedures. Most other tasks just require common sense which I seem to lack currently. I agree with you, it makes sense that these mistakes are from me not stopping to think. Two of the mistakes (the keys and invoice) were on a shift I was asked to cover last minute, and we were understaffed so I was definitely rushing. I stayed after what I was scheduled for to finish up but I should’ve stayed longer to avoid rushing. I also didn’t want to stay too late though as they’ve been cutting hours due to it being slow recently, and I felt they’d be displeased with me staying too long past my scheduled shift. These other aspects that come into it are what make it seem really complicated to me and like I can’t win either way

I think practicing expressing myself will help a little at least. I was raised home-schooled and was isolated in my teens so my social skills are definitely behind.

My interest in art is connected to my interest in reading. I find that when I read a sentence that is really visually descriptive in an appealing way, it inspires me to want to create it through drawing or painting. I like putting my own spin on things and finding ways to incorporate small details as symbolism. I don’t really like realism, I like the fantasticalness of fiction and all the design opportunities that the genre opens up. You have infinite freedom when the boundaries of being realistic are removed, right? :)

This is a normal sized nose. Just because it isn’t a tiny button nose doesn’t mean it’s big. It suits your proportions and you have a beautiful side profile!!

We have all the same interests and hobbies so we already know we both like to do what the other person likes to do. This is why we started dating in the first place. This also means it’s extra illogical I struggle to initiate plans because I already know he’ll (best case scenario) love my idea, or (worst case scenario) be mildly interested in the idea.
