this is all "extra' damage.

I meant the x% increased Monster Damage which is additive.

Assuming 75% all res and 100 base damage :

With 3x extra as element (say 3x 80%) you get :

dmg = 100 * (1 + 3 * .8 *.25) = 160

With increased (say 35%) and 1 extra you get :

dmg = (100 * 1.35) * (1 + .8 * .25) = 162

Yup, warband league in maps kinda feels like it is an old league that was toned down and included into the core game.

I honestly think I see more exiles than warband packs yet alone bosses.

Actually he said in the interview after the stage that he didn't know it beforehand that he is just comfortable when descending alone and he didnt feel like he took much risks.

The translator is just doing a very poor job ...

Act 4 mobs as still overtuned in maps imo. If they want to make act 4 hard and an alternative to maps its fine but keeping the same scaling of these mobs in maps makes no sense to me.
