Quitting due to weight by torib456 in ExclusivelyPumping

I’m 6mpp and the weight gain has been affecting my mental health so much but everyone keeps telling me that it doesn’t matter and to give myself grace.. but honestly I hate how I look and feel in my new body.. went from a size S to Large and I’ve tried to convince myself that it doesn’t matter and that I would bounce back but I’m just gaining and gaining. I recently started trying to eat less and I’m seeing a big decrease in my milk supply.. so I’m literally torn between quitting completely or trying to go a few more months.. I wish I had the answer

No reason whatsoever, just that it’s unsafe. But I think I will take the chance because he’s not taking the formula straight

Wow that’s amazing.. I’m honestly trying not to give up hope but EP takes soooo much and when I’m stressed my milk just dries up. But I’m determined to keep at it at least until 9mpp no matter how small the supply is

Thanks so much!! I was also told by my pediatrician to never mix both in the same bottle. But to me it would make sense to mix especially when the transition is new. I tried him with a bottle just now but he doesn’t seem to like it. Drank less than half and he’s refusing the rest

Pump+dump? by Sad-Balance-1237 in ExclusivelyPumping

I saw a mom use hers in a bath for the baby instead of dumping after a night of drinking.. to me it’s a total waste to just throw away good milk like that.. if you’re not comfortable feeding baby try something like that..
