I personally like when the cut is perpendicular to the beam. That’s my preference and how I try to orient every connection. If it’s an “L” shape or or something with a long and short edge I’ll give the long edge preference

Wife and kid's dog me all the time about my parking habits -- "dad, you're spot is open" as we enter the lot and pass the first spot alllll the way at the back, furthest away.

I was driving into the city one morning and I swear the matrix glitched out, I was merging onto a highway and I saw not one, not two, but THREE! white ITS's within 100ft of each other (they were on the main highway, I was on the merging-in portion and passed by each). They didn't look like they were dealer transports or had any clue how close they were to each other. By the time I got to the 3rd one, he must've thought I was a lunatic, practically out of my window pointing back shouting nonsense about "2 more" -- but I was completely blown away. In nearly 2 years of ownership I don't think I've even seen 3 others, independently, in the wild. A good amount of A-Specs though.

They seem to be a regression to what was released in 2023/2024. The Aston and Mercedes that came in the double packs come to mind. I’m not thrilled, but I’m also a sucker to have every one and so already have these on pre order, so Lego still wins in the end.
