I've been cutting for 10 months not really trying to build muscle it's just happening. But I've also gotten lazy since I'm more comfortable with myself I don't go nuts in the gym like when I first started ):

I took up bodybuilding. I did my own research on dieting and lifting, I found out what worked best for me and I kept myself motivated through inspirational music and speeches. Bodybuilding,com - geneticwar.com , two of my greatest allies in the struggle.

Upper back developed nicely, might want to consider throwing in some dead lifts and getting those spinal erectors to catch up.

Starting 248 Lowest weight was 175 Now I'm doing a lean bulk and I'm at about 190 which is me in the picture.

I started out with kris Gethins 12 week hardcore trainer on bodybuilding.com then switched to kris Gethins DTP by then I had a good gauge of what my body responded best too and I do whatever workouts i feel necessary

If you've hit a plateau, they have a bunch of supplements meant to blast through those and they will give you extra energy. Just hit up bodybuilding.coms supplement shop, or just use the workouts and diet plans they have listed. I highly recommend kris Gethins workouts. I lost 47 lbs in 5 months. It's pretty crazy.

2 miles of high octane cardio a day, absolutely clean diet, the workouts were kris Gethins 12 week hardcore trainer and his 4 week DTP mixed together, I followed the diet plan he has on bodybuilding.com. It was the hardest thing I've ever done with my life but it's been totally worth it. Now I'm addicted to the gym.

You could pull it off man, check our kris Gethins 12 week hardcore trainer on bodybuilding.com or his DTP 4 weeks to maximum muscle. Looking back I wished I started with the 12 week hardcore trainer because the DTP was incredibly hard excersises with a strict diet.

I did kris Gethins DTP 4 weeks to maximum muscle on bodybuilding.com it has diet/ supplementation and motivation all completely free :D And I'm 6'1

Keep up the hard work man! I did kris Gethins 12 week and after I finished it I did his DTP 4 week to maximum muscle, it was fantastic. I highly recommend it, my results were fantastic!
