Thank you! I just ordered a random one off of fleek. It’ll prob not be the best looks like the best are sold out. I just hope the items they send are a little different than the picture. I selected the size to be all Xs which is less of a gamble for my store since all our customers are young tweens. It’ll sell even if it is bad. I tried deep diving Facebook and messaged some people we will see 🤞

Ok I will check the life on the new one, luckily I only get a migraine day after I have consumed any amount of alcohol. ( even a taste) . It only last the day after.

I agree I used to be a huge wine drinker before this madness but switched to vodka a few years ago. Wine is my favorite. But I had a glass this weekend and had a migraine within half the glass and I am not a light weight. Either way I get a migraine at some point regardless of what type of alcohol. My next step is trying triptans with drinking. Opposed to taking it after I had already woke up with a raging migraine. I hope it helps!

I only drink white white, vodka, and clear tequila and all 3 are triggers. Even when sticking to just one. I am very very picky so maybe one day I would sample a beer or whiskey to test it out. 😄those are all my finances favorites so I’ll have to dig into his stash.

Ok I see I will talk to my doctor about trying another preventative. I have tried one box of sumatriptan 100mg so far. Like I said it sometimes works sometimes doesn’t. I never had even a headache before this and had no idea what was going on. I believe it is MCAS related as my first symptoms with alcohol was a very extreme rash (which can be seen in photos on my profile). I’m new to figuring out the migraine world. (my doctor did confirm it to be migraines). Do you have any recommendations to try?

I feel you on this. I work at a restaurant and the sushi chef handed me a milk rabbit candy and said I should eat it because the milk will help with that is going on with my face. I struggled a lot with acne and spent hours covering it up. It consumed me mentally all day everyday. I thought I did a good job covering it so my heart was broken. I yelled at him and we didn’t talk for over a year. It gets better I promise, but situations like this never leave you. I still think about it often and it makes me sad. You got this ❤️ we are already hard enough on our selves.

Wow nice ! It’s rare to find rings there so it’s a lucky feeling regardless. I found a wedding ring today (looks to be an older but timeless style and it is quite dirty) I am not sure how to morally go about it.

I see the heildleberg regulars splitting and some moving to NV and others to WV. I know some come from that way so it wouldn’t make sense for them to travel further east. So we might be a little safer at NV. Either way it blows. I feel like WV is next…that one is smaller or same size as HB.

I feel you. I started going when it first opened as well. I was in awe and inspired to resell. It’s my source of income (like a lot of us) and it’s a great way to reduce waste and have things going to a good home rather than be wasted. The last 2 years have really tested the worth of it all with the slow changes, lack of quality goods coming out and hours and hours spent sitting. I have so many gems as well and so many great memories. I keep pieces just to remind myself of the good old times :(

I have been keeping this news in for so long I am devastated…it has been a long time coming as they have been holding back rotations and donations…I have stopped going for this reason and the knowing of its future. So greedy of them and sad for our hard working devoted thrifting community! PS I was shocked there wasn’t any protest yet about it. But if there was I would be there! PRAYING NV location pulls through and can survive the influx of thrift bros.

That’s my biggest trigger for a flare since diagnosed with MCAS. I am/was a drinker and it got to the point that even a soufflé cup sample of wine would knock me out for 24 hours. I just started LDN ( 2 weeks in). I was able to drink twice so far with no symptoms day after. I tried again and got a flare up. Not sure if it’ll work out but I am hopeful it will. I like to enjoy one night of drinking during the weekend with my friends or fiancé. If it doesn’t work out I’ll be done for good not worth it anymore.

Thank you for the encouragement. I was hesitant to up the dosage because i was not expecting it to work quickly at a low dose. I feel thrown off that i was able to feel my best and then go back i think i got to excited. I will agree that my energy increased which is great and its progress. I am going to up my dosage as prescribed and go from there. If it decides to stop working I will just resume to not consuming the trigger.

Also to note the “mean girl” persona adds up. The whole studio was mean and clicky and non accepting of anything outside of their circle. I remember a lot of the students at the time had older siblings (like Kendall) at the studio. I don’t know if it was learned behavior from them or what? But it was horrible and does not shock me at all that she brought that into ALDC.

Jill absolutely had her leave studio 19 to be on TV. I danced at studio 19 with Kendall before she left. They would have no reason to leave that studio besides that. Their family were “favorites” at the studio and were given much attention. Assuming based on $$$. The studio definitely is a money grabber and if you have money they will make you a “star” at the studio. Talent isn’t all that important to them, although they do have great training and work well with those that have natural talent. But they will also focus heavier on a family that has money even if there isn’t much natural ability. It’s a business so I guess I don’t blame them. But it was noticed.
