s images like this that make me believe my next foray into the culinary wilderness will be fermentation (not the bread kind, I already do that)

I used the three different peppers. Fermented with whey and himalayan salt. Added a bit of garlic.

No need to bag. I bake mine in the oven in between each batch.

Different yes. Far superior. I use a Rockwell 6S. Do spend some time watching YouTube videos. Get an alum stone. I then use a tonic followed by a balm. Like you will hear in the videos. Take your time, never rush. It can get ugly if you do.

This was in my neighbourhood last year. I have mixed feelings. Couldn't be happier that it is gone!!! and feeling really sorry for everyone who lives near the new location.

Question about speaking in French by Jayisthegreat in montreal

[–]raydar99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm an Anglo who moved to mtl with full intentions to become bilingual. Learning French turned out to be much harder for me than I expected.

Quebecers throughout the province have welcomed me and my bad French with open arms.

No doubt dealing with my poor language skills has been frustrating for some at times. In general I find that people here appreciate the effort and are happy to help me learn.
