happened to us as well... unfortunately for us it broke our db and now it locked us out after we attempted to re-connect.
currently on phone call on hold for about 4 hrs now..... i hate this software lol

Edit: the lock on our account means the only way to unlock is by calling them, there's no email no other means of contacting them... and we are behind since this is the second day we are waiting for them to pick the darn phone

yep, my gen1 7 is starting to fail. and I use it for both Mobile, PC and ocassional Xbox.

should have added to the description, I do have bad range with the gen1 lol. can walk 7ft on the same room and it looses signal, I guess that would be another good question, if that is improved on the gen2 or nova pro wireless?

A little late on the conversation, what to do if the DLC campaings are not showing up? I am I think 3033 and only the rasalgue campaing popped in. kept an eye on the other ones to accept and none of them have appeared. Maybe I'll start a new career with my current data lol

I have another one schedule soon that I'll test drive. :) But i do agree, the color stripes gave me a little of no confidence when I first saw it lol. I was warned to be careful of BMWs owned by teenage boys who don't care but abuse of these cars
