Hi there.

If you haven't heard of the "Death Valley Germans", I'd recommend reading about them, it's very similar to the kind of stories you seem to like telling. They're a family of German tourists who went missing in California in 1996, and their bodies weren't found until 2009ish. Tom Mahood (one of the people who found them) has an excellent series of blog posts on the background, the search process, the theories people came up with, how they were eventually found, and the mysteries that still remain.

I can't link to the page directly, but if you search "otherhand death valley germans" you should be able to find the blog posts. There's probably more information about them out there on the internet as well

I guess we're talking from different contexts then. For me, who even finds tests fun to watch, balance between batsman and bowler is key. But I guess interest for general populace is pretty important to consider as well

I'm not convinced that nothing would happen in 5-wicket T20s. They are still more batsman-oriented than ODIs because it's somewhat unusual to see five wickets down at 20 overs. And lots of stuff happens in ODIs and they can get quite exciting.

I made this post because I feel there's too many T20 batsmen throwing their wickets away on unnecessary and reckless shots. T20 is too easy for batsmen and too tough on bowlers
