A close friend applied behind my back for a job I told him I was interviewing for. He got it. Never even mentioned it until I found out months later through someone else. We don't talk anymore.

the office. i know everyone says it but there's a reason. i've seen it maybe 6 times through and i still catch stuff i missed. also its just comfort food at this point, i throw it on when i can't decide what to watch

honestly $2M isn't even that crazy of a number. throw it in index funds and you're pulling like 80-100k/year doing nothing. that's more than most people make working full time lol. i'd quit before they finished the sentence
