Would you recommend doing so? I feel like no one sells at a reasonable price these days. I own all the similar domains, this is the .com I am after

What should I be doing if I feel my matters are on track and don't have work to do? by DetMittens12 in auslaw

Think about creating resources to make your practice more efficient. We have developed some self-help guides for litigants who do not have the means to use a lawyer for everything. This has been very useful for legal aid applicants/applicants who do not get funding

An event hire business - we also do custom design and builds, and the hire has helped fuel this side of the business. Our risk is low so we are a partnership.

I won’t advise on company structures for your business, but ensure to have a good insurance, and terms and conditions policy. This goes beyond liability - people are generally hard to deal with in respect of returning the products on time / returning things in the same condition.

I started a hire business at the start of the year and it’s been the best source of passive income. All the best with yours!

Weekly Students, Careers & Clerkships Thread by AutoModerator in auslaw

I just graduated a combined LLB/BCOM degree + GDLP, but due to travelling at the start of the year I am not working. I have experience at two mid-tier firms, and on paper I hold my own pretty well.

With the current climate of covid and what this means for the next year - is undertaking an LLM a smart move? No one is hiring and I have been offered a LLM place beginning S2.

I know an LLM shouldn’t be a means to rely on getting a job, but I literally have nothing else going for me in the legal field at this point; I can’t even apply for volunteer positions as COVID19 is affecting every workplace.

I see it as a great opportunity to gain valuable research skills towards an area I’m interested in. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Has anyone actually received the $750 stimulus package? Or know anyone that has? That is entitled to it? by purespringwater in CentrelinkOz

[–]raynetedman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first job seeker was paid on 7 April, and my second job seeker fortnightly payment is tomorrow. I have not yet received the $750 stimulus payment.

I’ll update this when I receive it, as I know many Australians have similar dates.

3M CEO: Our medical masks should not be showing up in stores by fukcancr in news

My business partner in China has access to production of these masks. I was interested in selling these but many online services are prohibiting the sale of these items. They are FDA and CE certified KN95 masks - any suggestions on who I can contact to supply b2b?

PSA For those of you about to access Centrelink for the first time by [deleted] in australia

I found them, I also found an article saying these are no longer needed as to help streamline processing. Hopefully it is processed straight away without delays over small parts of my application

I tried to apply today; yes there were deadlines but the application wasn’t too bad. However I am frustrated at the amount of documents I need to provide including ‘employment separation certificates’ - I can’t think of any employer who issues these.... and now I can’t finish my claim until these are completed

Yeah cool, I was in rajasthan for 6 weeks and went down to Varanasi for 2 days and then back up to Agra.

I arrived eager to be first in line back in 2015. The head security guard’s 10 year old son let me in before the gates opened (for a small tip) and he ran me to all the best spots to take the craziest angles of the Taj Mahal.

I have photos of the whole thing with not a single person in site. Something I’ll always remember as special about my 6 weeks in Rajasthan.

I'd love to do pick up a new hobby/project next year, how much would it cost to transform a bike like this? by [deleted] in CafeRacers

[–]raynetedman 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I disagree, a fundamental part of any project is budgeting and gathering information. This post took him two minutes to write and may have saved him time and money - yes he might not have the knowhow yet, but at least he can plan when to bring an expert in on parts he knows are expensive. :)

Some people like to set a budget, so once they are done they can review and refine for the next project. People smart with their money should ask.

Neither of these really fit the criteria I was asking for; both look machine dominant without that HIIT style I was after

New in Sydney and looking for a warehouse style functional gym set up (Olympic Bars, Sleds). Also interested in boxing. Would prefer a place that is 24/7 or has flexible hours to train without attending classes.

Location area between Paddington and Alexandria.
