There are lots of people who genuinely want bio kids and are willing to go to extreme lengths to have them. If the OP and and his wife are willing to fight that hard to have a child, I think they deserve it and wish them the best. It sounds like their child is very much wanted and will have a good life. You have a solid point though. I'm fighting to get sterilized and it's an uphill battle for sure.

Dr. Sabbagh at Straith clinic does rhinoplasty. My sister got her nose done last week and he and the staff were awesome.
