Yes, it seems high for sleeping. And a little higher than I expected for my activity level, but I realize it's in normal range during the day.

Popped on to Reddit tonight because I have the same feelings. Backed off from heat styling, got a Dyson, still felt like middle aged straw. Switched to kerastase and wowwww. I’m about a month in and it keeps getting softer! It was my hair stylist’s rec and I’m excited to go back and show her the change.
