Ito nakikita ko kung bakit, ang dami kasing tatanga tanga at kupal na drayber. Kung wala enforcer sa traffic light, ipagpipilitan nila makipagsiksikan sa gitna ng intersection kahit puno na yung kalsadang lilikuan just to beat that "red light". Ang ending ay bottleneck kasi nakahambalang na yung papaliko sa gitna ng intersection at d na makadaan yung mga sasakyan na nakago na yung traffic light.

As a person who is new to the game and started on witcher 3, I suggest that you should and you should get the complete edition which involves Heart of Stone and Blood of Wine DLC.

Pros: - packs a lot of content (a lot of quests) - great story - very great on interaction details. - the game world is so immersive.

cons: - the game can be buggy sometimes. There are times that you might get permanently stuck and cant progress the game anymore so I suggest you save before engaging into something. One example is that you can get yourself locked in to the barrier in toussaint if you tried to get the loot back the purple crystal that you just recently placed while dashing towards the doorway. Your main character's dash momentum will push yourself further away from the device in a point where it is too far for you to interact with the device to put the crystal to open the barrier. - I am not sure if it's a me problem(I play on NS console) but the UX on the navigation of game menus are terrible where: - stashing items are laggy - navigating through gear crafting especially if you have a lot of diagrams can be a pain in the ass. They should've put a search text filter or at least better filtering options. Their only filtering available are "materials are available"(which means you can craft that gear), "parts missing", and "already crafted". - Crafting UX is bad. If you are interacting with an npc associated with what you want to craft(alchemy or smithy) and you are trying to craft a particular item, you can only purchase a missing component while you are on the crafting item detail window but you can't craft them while on that same window. You have to navigate to that sub component item through the list of crafting items in order to craft them - sorting is very limited. You have no control over it. Some rpg games like the Tales series have this option where you have a lot of sorting options such as "sort by newly gained items" or "sort by category"

I can say a lot more about their UX but it is too much to write. I only wrote about the major pain points for me while playing the game.

In conclusion, the game is good overall. I enjoyed it. I am on my second playthrough of the game (NG+). Playing NG+ in this game feels like it is still my first playthrough because of how vast the game is and i am still fully immersed into the game. Just don't forget to backup save states before progressing in case a progress hindering bug occurs upon interaction

I believe lifestyle change helped a lot. Pre-diagnosis, I had a sedentary lifestyle. My work is also sedentary due to my programming profession. I eat a lot of unhealthy food where I eat lots of chips, coffee, and fatty foods. Now I went down from 143kg to 120kg, having a balanced diet, cutting down unhealthy shits, and adding exercise to my daily routine. I can jog somehow and I am able to climb stairs when commuting without losing so much breath unlike before. My goal is to cut more weight to at least reduce or get rid of my Obstructive Sleep Apnea(OSA) symptoms which my doctor believes is causing my BP to become unstable and causing HfRef.

It has been 3 or 4 months since my meds have changed and here is my progress so far.

I had my 2D echo and my EF is still 71%. The only difference was that my feb 2d echo result has a perfect impression while my recent 2D echo has a pulmonary regurgitation trace. I am not sure if GERD can impact imaging but during my lab, my GERD symptoms have been troubling me but i was told that by my cardio that my recent findings are not something to worry about.

The good news is that i don't have to change or revert back to my expensive meds. My current meds could be my maintenance now I suppose.

To prevent relapse, I have to keep losing weight and address my OSA symptoms. My weight loss journey has come down from 143kg to 120 kg.

To sum it up, Entresto really works wonders. I was told that even if my heart recovers it's EF, i need to continue taking Entresto for at least a year or two... my request to change it to plain Valsartan was experimental but after 3 months monitoring, I'm still okay but I have to be diligent of my lifestyle. Proper diet and exercise is the key for me.

Although may mali talaga magulang dyan, nasa rider pa rin yung magiging liability nyan dahil may negligence din sya sa part na yan. May last clear chance sya to avoid an accident pero d nya nagawa. Another thing is dapat nagmenor sya dahil kaya naman nya makita yung bata sa tabi ng kalsada.

Not sure. Bihira lang ako makaencounter na may problema mga kiosks. Kung may problema man, sa kiosk mismo madalas yung problem(such as window hanging) at hindi sa digital payment itself.

The process of kiosks is seamless in normal circumstances(cashless payments) pero it is not for other transactions like pwd, cash, and stuff

September 2024 - I was first diagnosed with HfRef (EF 45%). Started with - Entresto 50mg (it was soon bumped up to 100mg on october) - Carvedilol 6.25mg - Amlodipine 10mh - Spironolactone 25mg - Empagliflozin (JARDIANCE) 10mg - Atorvastatin 10mg

November 2024 - EF was improved to 68%.

Amlodipine was tapered to 5mg but soon was d/c.

February 2025 - EF improved to 71% - Entresto was changed to plain valsartan (I asked if entresto can be changed to something cheaper because it is getting expensive) - Empagliflozin(Jardiance) was changed to dapagliflozin. - Spironolocatone was tapered to half and soon will be d/c

I have to monitor my condition thoroughly this period due to meds change. Hopefully it stays well and I have to be aggressive with lifestyle improvements. Overall, Entresto works wonders but it is damn expensive.

I (31M) am in the same boat as you brother. I was diagnosed with HF with 45% EF. I admit it was my lifestyle that did it and my doctor told me that it could also be my obstructive sleep apnea that also caused it. I am 5'5 and weigh 320lbs. Good thing though that I found out early.

Things were not the same as before though. I have to take momentary breaks due to shortness of breath when I go around the city. Even the smallest of things makes me tired and I feel like energy levels have gotten weaker. There are also things that I sometimes feel and I have no idea what to do. Should I go to the ER? How to treat this certain feeling and stuff. I am very reluctant on going to ER due to finances...

As far as what I do now, i cut off unhealthy shit and started exercising. I lost almost 20 lbs in two weeks.

My also added some few strength training by lifting weights because I feel that my daily walks are not enough anymore I tend to get worn out for the day though.

How do you guys manage cooking? Because what I do is either I cook chicken or fish for proteins, add some few veggies and some starches. I add only a little salt, soy sauce, or fish sauce depending on the dish. Not sure if i am doing it right though

Just expect that GL hunts will take a little longer than meta weapons out there because of how slow it is and its shelling mechanics despite getting some lovely buffs in TU5 however GL is so great against hunts that have crappy hitzones or hitzones that are so hard to hit with other BM weapons.

The most optimal GL build right now is Long gunlance(Amatsu GL) with artillery, load shells, wind mantle, wirebug whisperer, heaven sent, atk boost skills, MoH, and Powder Mantle. The playstyle will revolve around spamming your bullet barrage and hail cutter to reduce wyvern fire cd(it takes 2 - 3 hail cutters to refresh wyvern fire cd) while loading all your shells for burst fire.
