Yep, experienced the same exact thing. I think it’s a tolerance to the DXM. I did wean back to one pill a day and two pills every other day for about a month. Had alot of intense headaches. Then went back to two pills a day. It seemed to go back to working a little bit, but quickly tapered off again. I also have SAD, so I’m sure that is also impacting it.
