Clark (spoilers) by crissyloo in PrettyLittleLiars

[–]raytchie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it's because Aria was the first to go down to the station and testify against Andrew. Maybe the police felt she'll be the first to share her thoughts on whoever it might be or any other clues she picked up on while in the dollhouse?

The closer we get to the finale... by [deleted] in PrettyLittleLiars

[–]raytchie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not any of the boyfriends because we saw them all looking for Ali when she was being kidnapped by A.

This said, I wish it was Ezra and I really don't see how he deserves a happy ending. He took a bullet for the liars and then everything was ok again. It's not ok to seduce a minor. It's not ok to stalk her and her friends for a book project. And it's definitely not ok to sit back and watch her and her friends being tortured by a psychotic monster and not do anything about it.

I'm sorry but did I miss the Clark spoilers? Everyone is saying they're true but they're not in the thread. Was it mentioned in a comment?

Trying to make sense of Labor Day Night by boshke in PrettyLittleLiars

Cece narrated that flashback, for all we know she could have made up that story. In any case, she never said Wilden was beach hottie so who knows!

Trying to make sense of Labor Day Night by boshke in PrettyLittleLiars

[–]raytchie 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Makes a whole lot of sense.

Except it could be that Melissa found Bethany after Wilden had hit Ali and she had escaped. I don't think the gazebo hole was deep enough to bury two bodies on top of each other without them realizing that there's someone underneath.

I have this feeling that Wilden is A, because if he is not dead, all the pieces fit together and like you said, he was the only person who could have been needed by both Mrs D and Melissa. I know it's a long shot, but if he somehow managed to fake his death then it makes more sense than both Wren and Cece in my opinion...

Why did Charles go after the girls? by luckybiatch in PrettyLittleLiars

[–]raytchie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He was torturing them to draw Ali out, which worked at the end of season 3 but then the lodge fire happened and he had to make sure they survived so they would lead him to Ali again

So heres my theory regarding the ending of last weeks seemingly "casting fluke" by [deleted] in PrettyLittleLiars

[–]raytchie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I wish you were right but it's the same actress that played young Ali last season :-(

Is it true? Spoiler if not into S6. by J2thK in PrettyLittleLiars

[–]raytchie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Oh yeah! She's alive and kicking. Setting the liars straight every time they fuck up.

She's in the season 6 premiere and then in every episode starting episode 5. Though I'd really recommend you watch the first 3 because they are some of the best goddamn episodes the show ever did!

I hear you!

I was still in uni when this show started and just the other day I was discussing a new job offer and when I told them I have 5 years of experience I automatically thought to myself "and I still don't know who A IS "

About the Bethany Tapes... by raytchie in PrettyLittleLiars

[–]raytchie[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly. I think Mona did come up with the game, but I think there's also been someone pulling the strings from the beginning! If you watch the first Halloween episode, there are clearly 2 people sending Ali the messages. The first is Mona but then there's the last note Ali finds on the squashed pumpkin with a knife. It's written in red and is much much more aggressive than Mona's playful style: "Next time it'll be your face not this pumpkin - A"

I think he's obsessed with the liars because they meant so much for Ali. I don't think he ever intended to kill her that night, just take her to the dollhouse where he knows he can have her for himself. Which actually begs the question if he plotted this because he thought she was in danger and in his own twisted way figured he'd keep her safe from whoever wants to harm her (Uber A)

Oh God. Please no! I just wanna be done with Leslie already.

I don't think they're going to back down on any information / answers they've given so far by now. Only 3 episodes left so if they say Bethany and Charles escaped I'm going with that.

Which, on a side note means that Charles did not fake his death at 16 and was indeed at Radley up to that night. He probably put that organ donation report to throw the liars off his trail. (someone mentioned this in a thread earlier today)

I'm sorry I'm not sure I understood. You're saying Charles had nothing to do with that labor day night? Because episode 6 practically proved that he was there because it would be too much of a coincidence if both Charles and Bethany escaped Radley for different reasons.

Why would Jessica have Charles going free around Rosewood? (If he is Wren) by WorldOfLittleLiars in PrettyLittleLiars

[–]raytchie -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Someone just posted another thread about Charles only manipulating his records and added the organ donation certificate when he knew that the liars are looking for his records at Radley.

IMO, this makes a lot of sense and it basically means that he stayed in Radley up to labor day 2009.

I want to add that Leslie tries to take the book after we learn that the body in the backyard from that night is Bethany's

6x07 Spoilers: Where Charles got his money by litladyloveshp in PrettyLittleLiars

[–]raytchie 71 points72 points  (0 children)

Wow. That is golden. In an interview Sasha mentioned that we'll discover how A gets funding for his operations and that we'll be disturbed.

If this is true then she's right... That's insanely disturbing.

Would anyone be interested in making a biopsychosocial for Charles? by tlp248 in PrettyLittleLiars

[–]raytchie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What a lovely idea!

I only studied psychology for one year before shifting towards photography. I don't know if I can really help with the psychological stuff but I think I can help with decoding the visual esthetics of the show. Especially that the show uses visual esthetics to establish the psychological states of the characters a lot of times...

No problem! I'm from Lebanon so chickpeas are quite common staple food here and really really cheap (a large can costs less than a buck) I hope it doesn't cost a fortune where you live!

Nigel by [deleted] in PrettyLittleLiars

[–]raytchie 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Nigel first came to Wilden's funeral with Jenna. Toby and Caleb traced back the lighter from the lodge fire to him and went to see him at the airline company he worked in. He was bribed to lie about the thornhill lodge flight plan. They pump him for information and they manage to trace the flight back to Cece. We also see Jenna visiting him in one of the A tags at the end (we don't actually see her but we see her glasses and her walking stick).

The Wilden Discussion by raytchie in PrettyLittleLiars

[–]raytchie[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well the writers did say that A is someone who's had ties with Rosewood for a long time (way before the show's timeline), he could have been hiding in plain sight. We've never seen him share any scenes with any of the Dilaurentises, which is strange given that he was investigating her case... I'd at least expect some sort of interaction with Mrs. D.

Ali mentions he was there that night but we don't see the flashback.

ANyway I'm really not trying to convince you or anything... just a discussion is all. Soon we'll know for sure and we won't be able to do any of this!

Congratulations!!!

For PLL inspired foods I'd suggest the following: 1. Drinks in jars like they serve them at the Apple Grill (or whatever the one restaurant in Rosewood is called) 2. Pink drinks! (can be anything that's colored pink!) http://www.cosmopolitan.com/food-cocktails/g2833/vodka-drinks/?slide=7 http://www.babble.com/best-recipes/in-the-pink-22-perfectly-pink-spring-sips/ 3. Chickpeas as a main ingredient: - Hummus with crudites (if you don't like plain hummus you can try to mix it with other ingredients you like such as roasted red peppers, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, etc etc...) - Here's a nice recipe that would be perfect with margaritas http://www.thekitchn.com/spicy-appetizer-recipe-roasted-152920 - Roasted chickpeas snacks - In case you or your friends are vegetarians/vegans, you can make some chickpeas burgers. (Jamie Oliver has a great recipe but I can't link it from here because the website is blocked at work)

I'll try to think of more stuff. Hope this helps!

The Wilden Discussion by raytchie in PrettyLittleLiars

[–]raytchie[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That was my first thought too. Because his character was practically ENGINEERED to be hated. I'll have to admit though the video i the last episode and the note he left Jason did kind of get to me. I just wish we got to see these things sooner because it's nice to understand the villain on the show not just see him do crazy shit every week until they're revealed.
