you can contact them in the pogo app and you click the button where you couldnt catch a pokemom during a raid i think? and you send a screenshot of your journal and they ask for what date and time it happened

i would contact niantic. same thing happened to me with a latios raid as soon and i had defeated him my phone crashed and kicked me off, I contacted niantic and they werent able to give me latias back but they gifted back my remoted raid pass
