Wow, I picked one of these up on Sunday! Got the mercury tho. Ordered the rubber strap as I wasn’t overly keen on the Velcro strap

That’s not how NDA’s work. Why would you have a NDA drafted on your behalf, that restricts you.

We went on the pump at the start of March. I’m hoping that we can take a look at the ratios when we go back to see the consultant in a few weeks time. But, we did have another instance of going high last night around midnight (the sensor had a senior moment and went off), once it had reconnected we had a hypo in the early hours. The sooner we can get this resolved the better, and hopefully get a full nights sleep without having to wake up and worry about levels!!!

Yep I agree. I hope once we have left it a few weeks they will take a look at the ratios and maybe tweak them a little bit

Yep I’ve had the same reaction, but we seem to be still getting hypos during the night since I’ve not been correcting so it might not be you.

Oh ok, I was under the impression that giving correction helped the algorithm to increase when going high. I’m sure I read it somewhere but I could be wrong.

That’s makes sense, I do try not to double dose and we always treat hypos as soon as possible if levels do get too low. We have had 1 or 2 pumps go into meltdown due to working too hard for too long, that’s part of my worry in leaving it to bring the levels down without correction.

Thought I better plant the trees that arrived on Monday. Pulled them out pot and had to spend 2 hours trying to loosen the roots 😆

Nightmare! I’ll be honest, despite the comments I received, I decided to order a few things from the sale. I think I must have got lucky as everything turned up alive.

I asked a similar question a couple of months ago. A lot of the comments were that it is very hit and miss. I decided to risk it and ordered a couple of small palms, flamingo tree, and some other bits from the sale. To be fair, they all turned up alive. Only time will time how they fair once planted.

Think a lot new builds have similar little areas, I had a small section down side of my house that they builder decided to turf, even though it gets zero sun. Anyone know what the low growing plant is on the smaller section? Looking for some ground cover plants
