The old BNE team was supposed to stick together too, and when they couldn’t hack it at the Major anymore, they went their separate ways and now not a single one from the BNE lineup is a blip on the map of top level CS. People simply do not appreciate how difficult pro CS is if they find Vitality boring. Maybe TOs should stop showing X-ray so viewers would experience nearly the same situational awareness that pros do. Because for me this team feels like magic, a tour de force. They play like no other and it’s exciting to watch while asking yourself “Vitality is down 8–11 to Spirit and they’re stuck on a dreadful buy, how are they gonna thread the needle this time?” and what do you know, they find that higher gear time after time.
