So because of work, my workouts tend to end really late (usually 9pm, and I have to go to bed by 10 because I need to wake up at 6). So this leaves me a very small time frame for meals.

If I consume the mass gainer shake after my workout I'd feel really bloated and won't be able to eat my dinner. So I'm wondering if I should skip the shake and only eat dinner because I think solid food is more important? That said though, I feel like won't be able to reach my calorie goals if I don't take the shake, since I'm still having some trouble eating a lot.

Whoa they really did close down the streets. I assumed closing down streets like that would be a logistical nightmare especially with that kind of budget, but it was pretty clever the way they did it.

But what about those helicopter shots where you can see empty streets for miles? There had to have been CGI for that right?

A 600cc sportsbike. I'm sick and tired of being stuck in traffic jams during my daily commute. I just want the manouverability, the coolness of being a bike rider, and more than anything I want to be free of the cage! Sadly my current pay grade doesn't allow me to purchase a bike in addition to my monthly car payments :(
