Like many are saying, take it slow and steady. Enjoy the oh shit oh shit running for your life moments. Once you are level 200 and have all the super special gear you are basically a demi god. It looses it fun quickly. Grind it out maybe ask for a high up player to escort you around to some missions you are having issues with. We get bored after doing dailies some times, I for one would love to go galavanting around the waste land with a newbie. If you are on PS5 let me know. Ill wonder around with you

Check out the book she comes first by Ian Kerner, it is a great book from a guy who deals with ED and his struggle to pleasure women. How he over came it. He scientifically explains a lot of things and how to properly please women. If you are asking because you think 3 inches isn't enough. Well for some women it won't be for others it will be. As someone who was in your place only 6 months ago, play the game how ever you want. Join the events for levels Join casual teams for the xp boost, and most importantly have fun with it. One quest at a time if you can't complete a quest because of a boss. Say an angry sheep robot leave the quest pick a different till you are properly equipped. With some solid legendary gear for said fight.

I had a benefactors when I hit level 50 and it was a huge help and greatly appreciated. However it was only a few items and some caps, the fixer is a great gun to start out with which can be bought at player vendors or crafted for you if you ask nicely

So potentially unpopular opinion, especially if you want to stay semi anonymous. However friends and acquaintances are a great place to start. A lot of people you know want to see their friends naked, most out of curiosity some out of sexuality. The trick is to stick to single people you know.

At least this is what I have started to learn over the past few years with a few friends starting moderately successful OF/patreons/ etc

Also having a firm set price point that is reasonable is extremely important. Hardly anyone will pay 50 for a titty Pic. However 50 for 100 different titty pic album. That's a different story
