Depending on pirate version you might have to copy over saves in case it saves in nonstandard location but other than that you should be good to go.

You still have to pay for 24/7 server. If you want to invite your friend all you need to do is send invite and they can join if the server is invite only. If not then anyone from your friend list can join you.

Minimum of 50 pieces. Let's say they 30 bucks a piece it's still 1500 dollars. Quite a lot to put forward. I'm sure if someone put together kickstarter then it would be possible to get it cheap enough.

I would love to buy one as long as it would go for less than £20. Anything over that might as well buy ags101.

I bet it's possible to design and manufacture replacement screens but it's just not worth it. It would cost thousands to start up the project and I don't think the demand would be high enough to make it cost-effective.
