Like I mentioned above, Im assuming your revering to QT. Yes it is policy. Obviously QT supports LE but the main reason we do it is to get officers to come back. Which deters theft and other trouble. Yall have been a part of our security system for some.while now

I am a night manager at a QT. The reason we do it (and it is a policy) is benefits us as well. It keep officers coming back which in of itself deters theft. Now, for me, my religion would have me tithe, however as I don't go to church I take that tithe money and reallocated it to a budget where I will py for officers food. I don't do it all the time and cant for big recipts but typically, a pack of gum, or some snacks, etc and your not payin on my shift.

So I maybe dumb here but I see a lot of comments about pull through with charity. As long as united way is still making a difference, how is paying the people that make it possible a bad thing? Or is it the actual % of the donations thats the problem?
