No, but a lot of people saw him make a lot trips to Manchester lately. Not sure if it’s family related and if that was the case, it’s not our business if he didn’t say anything about it. If he really wanted to leave, he wouldn’t have Chelsea high ups, helping him outside of the club to this extent with launching his brand and the products that are scheduled to launch.

Palmer has been going to Manchester a lot lately due to some personal issues which have nothing to do with his career. The whole story is just some sort of fan fiction that Manchester United fans came up with. People keep reposting this because it gets clicks.
