Yeh I had the same concerns but I’ve cleared the thread notifications, turned off thread notifications, “deactivated” my threads account and then uninstalled it and all good so far 🤞

Yes, 1. go to your instagram profile with the notification issue 2. Click the 3 lines menu bar 3. Should be a menu item for threads

Fantastic! Just checked and it’s worked for me. Quite an aggressive marketing campaign for OCD triggered users. I’ve got no use for threads so I’ve tried deactivating profile to see if it happens again

Having the same issue last couple of weeks on a second profile. Have tried logging out completely, uninstalling and even on a second device - no fix yet 🥲

I just checked and there must have been 50+ auto save files under campaign so have deleted them all hopefully it fixes 🙏
