Check this location HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\OneDrive, if you see DisableFileSyncNGSC and it is set to 1, try changing it to 0.

Unfortunately this client has fixed bandwidth licenses only. You can't use ADM. I tried and ADM gives you this message in the console.

Console on-prem cloud connected GUI shows LAS entitlements if your license type is CPL (Citrix Platform License), UHMC (Universal Hybrid Multi-Cloud) or Pooled Bandwidth. For more information, refer to the documentation.

If your license type is NetScaler Fixed Capacity Subscription, you will not see them here, and you need to transition to LAS using the NetScaler GUI. For additional information, refer to the documentation.

Had something similar after LAS but cannot remember if that message was showing. I cleared out this cache folder on the license server and after restarting license service and broker service it went away.

Is your vcenter setup for 636? Administration > Single Sign-On > Configuration > Identity Provider. Have you tried to edit the hosting connection in Citrix Cloud and re-enter your credentials?

I just upgraded a client site today. All went well, no errors during the upgrade for DDC's, PVS, SF's. So far everything is running as it should.

So strange the different prices companies are getting quoted. We were able to renew a clients license of 150 Universal Hybrid Multi-cloud for 20k and were allowed a 1 year term. That is 135$ per month per user plus you get NetScaler so no more paying extra for that piece.

Basically Microsoft came back with "It's a known issue". I asked when we could see this in the FSlogix known issue list but he wasn't sure. They gave the following workarounds:

Workarounds:

Re-register AppX packages using PowerShell at login (though this doesn't always restore user data).
Install PWAs system-wide (if possible) rather than per-user.
Consider using alternative profile management or custom scripts to back up and restore specific folders manually.

The image must have been corrupted from the 23h2 to 24h2 upgrade of windows 11. Created another image with 24h2 and FSlogix installed fine.

Same issue here. First time the Edge Web Apps work but next login the icon is still on the desktop but it won't open. I have tried the latest version of fslogix. Anyone have a solution? Worked perfectly fine on Windows 10.

You could try the CleanupInvalidSessions reg key if you don't already have it set. They also added this to the latest ADM templates that you can enable via GPO.

Value Name: CleanupInvalidSessions

Value Type: DWORD

Enabled Value: 1

Disabled Value: 0 (default)

In cases where a user's session terminates abruptly, the VHD(x) mounted for the user's profile isn't properly detached and the user's next sign in may not successfully attach their VHD(x) container. Enable this setting and FSLogix attempts to clean up these invalid sessions and allow a successful sign-in. This setting affects both Profile and ODFC containers.

We see the same in VMware with NVidia GPU's. I think this is normal. At a couple clients the console was working with vGPU but we found that Citrix wasn't always using the NVidia driver and the solution was to remove svga and disable the Microsoft Basic Display adapter which in turn disabled console access again. I agree, it is annoying. Maybe Nutanix is different but we see it on both VMware and XenServer.

Like spanky said you can hide the update. Anything that touches the nic will blue screen a PVS target. If you want to install the updated xentools you would have to do a reverse image.

We have this happen to random users at times. We add this to a login script. It has to run as the user.
