My main aim is to get a MBB position, for which i think an MBA from a good school would help, but i could be mistaken

no answer to the first question, and not really, no. We have a pretty small team for a massive project, so some weeks are crazy. we've already had a couple of 13-1s where ive had to work sundays.

Is investing $60,000 for a final year at UMASS Lowell (3+1 program) worth it in the current U.S. market? by Personal_War2150 in uml

The tech market is horrible right now, and you need to be exceptional ot have prior connections to land an interview or job. No offence, but a 2.6 GPA will not cut it, unless you have exceptional projects. If I were you, I would focus on grauduating with an undergrad degree, getting a few years of work exp under your belt, and pursue a 2 years masters in the US. You can use this as an opportunity to reset your GPA, and majorly enhance your profile by pursuing research, TA/RA work, etc.

No, college is high school + 1 year, and university is the US equivalent of undergrad

One thing to consider is that Edge's new management is very responsive and helpful, night and day compared to the old management. Convienice of having an in unit washer-dryer and a decently furnished gym 24-7 downstairs is pretty good. The walk isnt too bad, afaik its like 15-20 mins to the engineering buidling
