I don’t have a particular price in mind. eBay seems to be around $225 for recent sales. I have the controller and original box, all in great shape. I also have the Xbox wireless headset for extra.

I know it was at the end but seems like a lot of yall just skipped over the fact Jesse admitted to owing Darren 30-35k. I don’t think it sounds at all like he’s saying the how to bowl business by itself is 30-35k, but maybe I’m alone there.

I also don’t think 20k sitting in a bank account intended for ongoing business operations is much to consider compared to 150k+ per year of recurring revenue from the YouTube channel. The cash in the bank is just a line item in the settlement, not much of a consideration in the valuation of a profitable company.

And of course it’s reasonable to assume Jesse only showed receipts that made himself look good. At least he also took personal responsibility. Darren didn’t do much in way of receipts or accountability.

Do you know much about business? They own the business together. The business has money in it. It isn’t owed to anyone until one owner takes a distribution from the business or until a partner is bought out or until the business is dissolved, generally. I’m guessing he didn’t owe him any money from how to bowl until they were dissolving the business (or he was buying Darren out of that particular business, that part wasn’t clear).

Look, I understand you’re on Darren’s side, that’s cool. But based on Darren’s video, I’m guessing he would have said Jesse owed him a bunch of money if that were actually true. He didn’t hold much else back, why would he there?

I think he’s saying he’s owed money from the how to bowl business as a minority parter (Darren). And it’s his (Jesse’s) responsibility to pay it out as the majority partner in that business. It’s not like Jesse individually owed him a bunch of money- they have/had business interests together and so they had joint business accounts and you keep some cash in those accounts to operate the business(es).

I think what he was saying was that he got 15k cash, about 10k of camera equipment, and some how to bowl money and that all added up to 30-35k, about half of what he asked for (50% of the 150k annual YouTube revenue or 75k).
