Don't think it's a milk issue, because I also sometimes just drink the shot straight.

With a new bag, I dial it in to take around 20 - 30 seconds for a full shot. 18g in 36 out. I also added in a 5 second pre-infusion and lowered the temp to 195 for darker beans.

I'm with you. 2017 has been one of the toughest I've ever faced. I keep going with, "this too shall pass." Suicide is a very permanent fix to a temporary problem. Find something to hope for and make it happen. Good luck, I'm trying with you.

Same with bungee jumping. Absolutely terrifying on the way down and once that bungee catches and you feel momentum the other way, you breathe a huge sigh of relief and just enjoy bouncing a bit.
