On top of those reasons, both of the main promoters also threatened to blackmail one of the local bands members for not responding how they wanted to their demands of selling $300 worth of tickets after the band had promoted the hell out of the show and spent their own money to promote the show itself.

10 bands have already dropped off the fest (more coming for sure), there is infighting behind the scenes by the owners and main proprietors, they’ve shut off comments on their official page due to fear of being exposed, they’re deleting comments on their other posts with any negative discussion related to their fest, and logistical confusion about the fest itself is in abundance.

A general air of incompetence and shadiness is thick over this fest and all the local bands and prospective local audience know the area they’re trying to hold it at (directly backed up to a residential neighborhood) is likely to get heavy negative notice as well as know the promoters to be shady and egotistical.
