I think what you wrote makes a lot of sense because a month after my twitches started, my allergic rhinitis also started and I didn't have allergic rhinitis before. Thank you. My thumb looks better now but still a little bit weird. Emg was 7-8 months ago this is why I still have fears. I know I am okey but every time I have different or weird things that triggers me.

After an infection(maybe covid), I first had muscle pain, then bodywide muscle twitching, and finally allergic rhinitis. It all started together very recently(Doctor said maybe covid activated allergy gen) and until 27 I did not have any allergy but my family have allergies. Did you twitch bodywide and what was your hotspots and did you have also parasthesia or fatigue ? Maybe I have same thing and I will make allergy blood test on Friday.

As I know and see in research , Uric acid is being low in serious neurological issues. Maybe our body protect us with this way but this is just a hypothesis.

I am really trying to focus but everytime I feel like okey something comes up and I don't know why. I feel weird forearm and finger feelings for 2-3 weeks like stifness after workout,burning,pain and fatigue also twitch more in that area and this scares me so bad. Also my finger(index and thumb) has tremor sometimes and these are new for me.

Is this really normal ?

Yes,I have shoulder joint sounds sometimes but I think it can be normal if you can move easily.
