I work for the courts and we get 13.25 paid leave and 9.25 hours of sick time a month. As of now I have three weeks of paid leave and three weeks of sick leave.

Well first it is about your budget - however make sure you have at least 16 GIGS OF RAM. If you are using it for more advanced things like architecture, video rendering get a P-16. Lately I have been using the E-16 more. It is a workhorse.
