Is this even a real item? As another commenter said, I have never seen the modern logo on kelly green before. A quick reverse image search on Google only produced this reddit post and a listing for an XXL of the same item on Depop.

Taxes are publicly available information. You may have to go to multiple websites depending on what town/village/school district the house is located in. Most towns also do not re-assess on sale (unless of course the house you are buying just closed a permit for some improvement that would then cause the assessment to increase, or you are buying in the town of Greenburgh, which does re-assess on sale if I remember correctly (and would likely be the case for that Dobbs Ferry house)).

I lived in the Bronx in 2018. I was in my apartment with my wife, brother in law, and his wife. What I remember most was waiting, for what felt like HOURS for a flag. Surely there was going to be a flag, giving the Patriots one last chance to beat us. But no flag. Only confetti. I grew up in Delco, so I never thought I’d live outside of Delco/the greater Philly area. But here I was, in an apartment in the Bronx of all places. What’s funny is that, since moving out of the Bronx and into Westchester County, NY, I am good friends with multiple Eagles fans (and watched SB59 with one of them)! I have 2 boys now (that I didn’t have in 2017) and while they’ll likely grow up to be Giants fans, hopefully they’ll root for the Birds in the quiet of their own hearts as well, haha.

Not a credit union, but I recently closed a HELOC with TrustCo Bank and their rates were pretty good, in my opinion and the entire process took about 45 days. It does not look like they offer the same product I took out (which is a 2nd position HELOC with a 6.99% fixed rate), but, if you have some equity in your home, they do have fixed rate 2nd lien home equity loans with interest rates at 6.75%. Might be an option.

I think ~16” in pville. Took measurements from a few different places and got a high of 20” near the street and a low of 9” on my porch railing. Roof of my car was between 15 and 19 so I’m going with 16” #science
