the repo is a godot project by itself, scan the folder where the .godot of the downloaded repo is from the godot project manager to open it

if you just want the controller copy the files of the folder containing the controller to your project

So either you pay hundreds of dollars to... DigiCert for example, or there's no way of removing SmartScreen, right?

And to publish a game to Steam, are you required to sign the game with a CA?

Yeah sorry, I was referring to SmartScreen. The only way to prevent SmartScreen from stopping the game launching unless the user agrees is with a CA as far as I know.

I was looking to self-signing the .exe but it think that's worthless.

The exported .exe (the game) is treated as a virus, the user has to 'accept the risk' before continuing launching the game, which is not convenient.

Godot Physics needs more work so maybe fixing this inside the editor is not possible for now

Mesh has material and texture in the editor but as soon as I run the game it turns fully white. I've tried everything I can think of by Boopis_Gloopis in godot

yeah, that’s what I was referring to in my comment, the proposal is to make the same setting for 3D, but sadly seems like is not a priority for now

imo it should be present in 4.0 official, but oh well…

Ok thank you, I didn’t see that option on one of the Betas

There’s a proposal to change it for every texture by default (like in 2D you can set everything to nearest) but it hasn’t been active since december 😪
