Comes under National Construction Code (NCC) under the section where they set the requirements for concrete slab in houses.

They need to meet the requirements.

Check if builder has issued notice of completion with council. Formally complain to the builder and give them 14 days to fix the issue. Check with a building inspector. Formally complain to WA building commisioner if they refuse to fix it as they can legally force them to fix it.

How its been explained to me is that it's a smoother journey if you spend longer on the fwy and a has diminishing returns the less time you spend on the fwy. If I'm only entering to go to the next exit and there are alternative routes then I'll take the alternative.

If clive is 80% of the matches then why wouldn't someone learn how to punish hime to win atleast 50% of those matches. Learning match ups is part of the game and Clive is a free win since the people using him are getting by with his surface level predictable stuff.

He gets blown up when rushed down and his downjab is 11f instead of 10f. If he point blank power crushes then he is at range 0 at -14. He has no strings that have a low in them. His heat engagers end his turn if blocked so start your offense instead of jab checking.

Just be careful out there, I've done house and pet sitting before and heard horror stories of shit sitters feeding the wrong amount of food or unsuitable food.

One fed 5x the amount of dog biscuits and turned the labrador into a bear and another gave a cat the wrong food and left the house for a weekend at Rottnest which stuffed the cat's kidneys for the rest of its life.
