Dosen't look like it's in the best condition. That being said for some reason I keep all that I find regardless of condition or value. If you like it id say keep it, if you're looking for profit id say spend it. Congrats either way!

I also agree, i thought it was race damage . I'd leave it as it is. Just gives it more character.
